Right of Withdrawal – Exception for Perishable Goods
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are perishable or liable to deteriorate rapidly.
As our products consist of live, rare plants, they fall under this legal exception.
Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order without any cost until Monday at 12:00 PM (noon) prior to the shipping week.
After this time, cancellation is no longer possible, as plants are prepared, packed, and scheduled for shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
- the plants
- the original packaging
We will assess the situation and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
