We sell live, rare plants. Due to the nature of living products:

  • Plants may vary in size, shape, color, and appearance.

  • Product photos are for reference only and may differ slightly from the delivered plant.

All plants are carefully selected and inspected before shipment.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • stock unavailability

  • pricing or listing errors

  • suspected fraud or misuse

If an order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

5. Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation and return conditions are governed by our Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use.

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, including live plants.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or customs procedures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The delivery address is correct and accessible.

  • You are aware of and comply with local import regulations and plant restrictions.

  • You are able to receive the shipment on the delivery date.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or used with permission.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by EU law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
